The Menomonie Historic Preservation Commission approved paint colors are within the Historic Color Palettes of two paint companies: Benjamin Moore and Pittsburg Paints. Samples of these colors can be acquired for free from Krogers in Menomonie at 554 South Broadway. Below are links to available colors within the historic palettes of both companies:

The commission currently meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Requests are made by completing a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) which needs to be submitted to the Downtown Menomonie Executive Director by Noon on the 2nd Friday of the month in order to be added to the next agenda of the Commission.
Virtual Spec Building (Greater Menomonie Development Corp)
The advantage of a Virtual Speculative Building over an existing building is the adaptability afforded by a virtual design. With a Virtual Speculative Building, the entire process of building a facility has been completed – except for the actual construction. Through this approach, we have developed full architectural plan sets, which can be cost-effectively custom-tailored to your process without the added burden of demolishing and/or renovating an existing structure.
