Apply for a Grant
Downtown Menomonie, Inc. offers two types of grants that businesses located within the Business Improvement District may apply for. The Downtown Beautification Grant for external enhancements and the Sign Grant to purchase exterior signage for your business.
Downtown Beautification Grant
Each Spring, downtown Menomonie businesses can apply for an award of up to $1,000 to enhance the exterior of their business. Examples include signage, lighting, murals, windows, outdoor seating, and other decorative and aesthetic improvements.
Sign Grant
New downtown businesses can apply for our sign grant to purchase exterior signage for their business. Recipients may be awarded up to $150 to be put toward new signs.
